Turn your passion for helping others into a powerful addition to your current business or an entirely new and fulfilling career.
Do your friends tell you that you're a great listener and that you're the person they always go to for advice? Do you really enjoy hearing people's stories? Have you been someone's accountability buddy and you loved celebrating their progress and success? Then perhaps it's time for you to formalise these skills by training as a coach!
Coaching is a skillset that can support other modalities, too.
Maybe you're a yoga therapist and you want to become more skilful in identifying your clients goals when they commence working with you. Maybe you're a nutritionist and helping, but you need more support at helping your clients stay on track.
As a coach, you become a catalyst for personal and professional transformation, guiding clients towards their goals with tailored strategies and unwavering support.
Simply put, I love being a coach!
Having unconditional positive regard for my clients, being a champion for their goals and a co-celebrator of their successes. Being able to ask the perfect question at the perfect time to unlock insights and ah-ha’s for my clients. Working with my clients to identify goals, set actions, stay accountable and achieve important changes. Having the professional, compassionate conversation when they aren’t showing up for themselves or falling short of their targets. It’s incredibly rewarding work.
Coaching can be a modality practiced on its own, or the techniques and skills of coaching can be brought in to support other approaches, like Yoga therapy, leadership or personal training and nutrition or integrative health.
Coaching can be done 1:1 or in a group environment, online, over the phone or in person.
Moreover, working as a coach can give you flexibility with your time and schedule, which is an added bonus I really love!
Become Confident to Coach!
-
This course is designed to give you practiced, embodied skills.
I want this course to be different from the others you've signed up for and under-utilised. Let’s face it: you don't need another recorded training that you may never watch.
As such, each module will include role playing and case studies so you can work with the other trainees to practice and give feedback on your new coaching skills as you develop them.
If this sounds daunting, don't worry. We're going to take it slowly and incrementally.
My intention is that this training is a journey we take together, and that by the end of it, you're ready to welcome in your first clients and provide them with a quality, meaningful experience that has the capacity to change their lives.
Training in the skill of coaching can make you a better and more supportive listener, a facilitator of change, a safe and encouraging accountability partner, and a clear and more compassionate communicator.
My Journey To Coaching
I've been working as a coach for the past 10 years. I’ve been making my living from coaching since 2016.
During that time, I've had the pleasure of working with people from all over the world on all sorts of things, from wellness goals to business success. I’ve coached people online, over the phone and in person. I’ve coached groups and 1:1 within groups (laser coaching). I’ve logged thousands of coaching hours.
Originally, I had no intention of becoming a coach. I was a Yoga teacher and a retreat facilitator.
However, during a retreat I was leading in Bali, some of the participants started asking me how they could develop a daily selfcare practice to use once they got home. I realised that some additional skills were required: asking explorative questions effectively, realistic goal setting, developing an action plan, building accountability measures.
I registered for a coaching training and graduated in 2014.
Since that time, I've enjoyed celebrating so much success, and I've also really valued being there with my clients as they deal with adversity and setbacks.
While falling into coaching may have been somewhat accidental, my passion and belief in the modality is absolute.
I am so thrilled that I'm now going to be able to bring my 10 years of industry experience to you in the form of this powerful training program.

PLEASE NOTE:
While some coaches do make a living, others do not. Training in the skill of coaching does not ensure any new prosperity. It will not, in and of itself, lead to your dream life, make you a ‘boss babe’ or give you the secret missing piece to make your existing wellness business profitable. (Beware any coaching program that implies or openly states otherwise).
This training program is NOT:
A guarantee of additional income
A create-your-dream-life shortcut
A whole lot of videos you can watch while you do other things
Suitable for people who don’t like applied learning and peer support
